Christopher releases final lots at Palisades
Christopher Homes has released the remaining home sites at its Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin and is offering a bonus to buyers, according to sales agent Robin LaMothe.
"Christopher Homes reserved some of this neighborhood's finest home sites for this release," LaMothe said. "Many of them offer golf course, city and mountain views. We also have some elevated sites.
"Christopher is offering a design center matching allowance worth thousands to buyers who select a home on a site where construction has not yet begun."
The guard-gated neighborhood is being developed along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course.
Five one- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 3,758 to 6,200 square feet. Home sites range from one-quarter acre to one-half acre.
Buyers can choose from floor-plan variations that include elevators, casitas, courtyard fireplaces, room additions, four-car garages, secondary owner suites, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries and wet bars.
Buyers may consult with the company's interior designers to select options and upgrades.
Prices start from the $450,000s.
LaMothe said the builder is also offering incentives on select homes that can be ready within 60 to 90 days. The incentives are part of the builder's end of the millennium celebration at each of its neighborhoods.
To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn left and proceed to Hualapai Way. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
