Signature Homes selling final phase at Hunters Pointe site

Dan and Bev Jaykins chose Signature Homes' Hunters Pointe neighborhood in which to raise their family.
"We've been living in Las Vegas for 2 1/2 years, and this is the first home we bought here," Dan Jaykins said. "We searched for about six months. Obviously, we wanted a family sized home and a good list of included features. Hunters Pointe offered all of that and more, including a wonderful location."
There are nine one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,364 to 2,500 square feet and priced from $116,990.
The neighborhood is in its last two phases. Bonuses and an appliance package are being offered. Select homes will be ready for move-ins before the holidays.
The couple chose the Panorama plan, a two-story home with 2,045 square feet. It can be built with as many as four bedrooms, 2 3/4 baths and a breakfast bar. The model offers an optional three-bedroom plan with a family room or retreat.
"We like the open floor plan and the space it offers for comfortable living," Bev Jaykins said. "The island kitchen is very convenient, especially for a large family like ours. We also appreciate the den, which in our case serves as a secondary TV room."
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, go east and follow the signs. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
The builder is also offering preholiday savings at its Toucan Trails neighborhood. Priced from $134,990, the single-story neighborhood offers homes with 1,450 to 2,000 square feet.
To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Van Wagenen Street, go south to Victory Road and turn right. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
