Buyers can tour 36 model homes and choose from 45 floor plans priced from the $120,000s.
Custom-home sites are priced from $166,000 to $950,000.
Neighborhoods are: Riviera, Crescendo and Presidio by Pardee Homes; Villagio by Primack Homes; Monte Nero by Presley Homes; Palermo West and Capistrano by Kimball Hill Homes; Meridiana by The Helmer Co.; Palatine Hill by Capital Pacific Homes; Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; Via Tivoli custom-home sites by Premier Homesites; and Corcovado Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.
Two city parks are open, and two are under construction at the 1,300-acre community. There are also several smaller neighborhood parks.
To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to the entrance of Seven Hills, which is west of Eastern Avenue. All model homes and sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
