The Estates offers variety of custom lots

     The Estates at Seven Hills custom-home neighborhood offers a variety of home sites and prices, according to Jack Christie, vice president of sales.
      The sites range from one-quarter acre to one-half acre and are priced from $160,000 to $600,000.
      "As development progresses, we are offering a choice of home sites with wide-ranging characteristics and prices," Christie said. "It has resulted in a greater rate of sales, including 20 out of 39 lots sold in our newest release within a two-week period."
      A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, the neighborhood will consist of about 250 homes in guard-gated villages. Many of the custom homes will be built on home sites adjacent to the Rio Secco Golf Club.
      Terracina home sites have been released. The Venezia neighborhood has sold about 10 home sites in phase one. A few dual-pad home sites are available.
      The 2000 Street of Dreams housing and lifestyle event will return for its second show in Nevada. The Sept. 16 through Oct. 29, 2000 event will be held in the Venezia neighborhood.
      Community amenities include parks with tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds.
      To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to the entrance of Seven Hills, which is west of Eastern Avenue. The information center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
