Seven Hills offers dozens of floor plans

The Seven Hills planned community in Henderson offers a variety of home styles, including single-family homes priced from the $120,000s and custom-home sites priced from $160,000 to $950,000. Buyers can tour 36 model homes and choose from 45 floor plans.
Neighborhoods open for sales are: Riviera, Crescendo and Presidio by Pardee Homes; Villagio by Primack Homes; Monte Nero by Presley Homes; Palermo West and Capistrano by Kimball Hill Homes; Meridiana by The Helmer Co.; Palatine Hill by Capital Pacific Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; Via Tivoli custom-home sites by Premier Homesites; and Corcovado Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.
The community features elevated terrain, which has enabled builders to offer sites with views. The developer, Silver Canyon Partnership, has allocated more than one-third of the community's 1,300 acres to open areas.
Two city parks are open, while the 5.5-acre Vivaldi Park and the 12-acre Sonata Park, are under construction. They will feature ball fields, playgrounds, picnic shelters, tennis and basketball courts, and trails.
Several builders have incorporated neighborhood parks in their developments. Various amenities include play equipment, barbecue areas and tennis courts.
To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to the entrance of Seven Hills, which is west of Eastern Avenue. The information center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
