Capital Pacific celebrates Halloween in Summerlin

     Special to Real Estate

Halloween is the theme today at Capital Pacific Homes' Talon Pointe and Arbor Grove neighborhoods in Summerlin. The sales offices will be decorated in orange and black, and sales agents Hope Broadley, Robert Largo and Ann Cropper will be in costume, overseeing pumpkin-coloring contests, handing out candy, and hosting other festivities.
"There's no trouble getting people from Capital Pacific involved in various celebrations throughout the year," Deonna Stocker, marketing coordinator, said. "People who work here really enjoy being with this company, and it shows when the various holidays come around. Everyone gets into the spirit.
"Sue Camara, our division president, has been in Southern Nevada for many years. She believes strongly in tradition, and that shows with celebrations like the one we will have for Halloween."
Model homes at both neighborhoods will be open until 6 p.m.
Talon Pointe features four single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,869 to 3,600 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Homes are priced from $287,990 to $336,990. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Anasazi Drive then turn right and follow the signs.
Arbor Grove homes range from 1,139 to 1,680 square feet, with two or three bedrooms. Prices range from $123,750 to $146,098. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and turn left. Proceed to Banburry Cross Drive and turn right. The single- and two-story home neighborhood is in the final phase of sales, and has 12 homes remaining.
Capital Pacific Homes was established in 1969, and has homes available at eight neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley. The company also has operations in California, Arizona and Colorado.Sunday, October 31, 1999 aPage 1M
