MoneyWorld agent works in northwest
Century 21 MoneyWorld agent Bill Meyer, who has been selling real estate in Las Vegas for more than 15 years, specializes in properties in Summerlin and the northwest valley.
"I sell all over the valley, but I like Summerlin and the northwest because of its focus on family," Meyer said. "The master-planned community emphasizes family-centered activities. It's a progressive community and there's always something planned for the kids."
Meyer credits his success to the team of agents he works with, including his wife, Pauline.
"We make certain everyone is focused on their strengths to ensure our clients get the best service," he said.
Meyer, a graduate of Chaparral High School and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, said he enjoys his job because the rewards are directly tied to effort.
"It's a job that requires continuing education and community awareness as well as personal growth, especially in the fast-paced Vegas market," he said. "It used to be a town where you would walk in and everybody knew you. Now, sections of town are becoming their own communities."
Mike West, president of Century 21 MoneyWorld, said Meyer's team is hard working and professional.
"They are top performers who are led by Bill, who has a true understanding of every aspect of real estate and this community," he said.
Century 21 MoneyWorld has five offices in the valley. Meyer works out of the Summerlin office.
