Hampton offers move-in leasing special

     For a limited time, residents can move into Hampton Garden Apartments for $375, according to leasing agent Ingrid Albert.
      "We have some locations with spectacular views available now at no premium," she said. "The community is toward the mountains. We will be a stone's throw away from a new shopping center that is in the planning stages. (Future residents) can make reservations and sign leases right now."
      Residents can move in with a $200 refundable security deposit and a $175 cleaning deposit. Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are allowed and require an additional $200 refundable deposit.
      The complex features outdoor and indoor pools.
      "Most outdoor pools are starting to close down," Albert said. "We think our indoor pool and spa will become a popular option with residents."
      The development offers a variety of floor plans.
      The one-bedroom, one-bath, 727-square-foot model rents for $685 downstairs and $710 upstairs.
      Another design, measuring 992 square feet, provides two bedrooms and one bath as well as a 65-square-foot patio or balcony. It rents for $780 downstairs and $810 upstairs.
      A two-bedroom, two-bath, 999-square-foot plan has an 80-square-foot patio or balcony. The plan rents for $840 downstairs, $870 upstairs.
      The interior of each unit features a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, laundry area with a washer and dryer, 9-foot ceilings in downstairs units, vaulted ceilings in upstairs units, plant shelves and security systems.
      Residents have assigned covered parking spaces. One-car garages can be rented.
      To visit, take Flamingo Road west to Durango Drive. Go south to Peace Way and go west to the apartments.
      The leasing office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
