Ryland introduces loft living
Ryland Homes is introducing loft-style living at its Treo North neighborhood in the South Mountain community in the southwestern valley. According to the builder, the homes use few walls to create open spaces with a contemporary interior. Exteriors can feature a traditional or modern style. Traditional floor plans also are available. Homes range from 1,174 to 1,464 square feet, and have two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. A third bedroom is optional. Standard amenities include recessed lighting in the kitchen, walk-in closet in the master suite, interior laundry room and one-car garage. They are priced from the low to mid-$200,000s. Through the builder's TrueU program, buyers can further customize and upgrade their homes. Homes also are available in the builder's neighborhoods of Treo South, Vicanto, Talasera and Aviano, all located within the community. The sales center is located at the builder's The Cottages neighborhood. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, go south to Arby Avenue and turn right. Drive to Fort Apache Road, turn right, go to Woodscape Parkway and turn left. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when the sales center opens at noon.
