Buyers tout Alondra
Buyers at Alondra, a condominium development in the northwestern valley, are touting the open floor plans, which are well-suited to entertaining, sales agent Christina La Verne said. "Many of the new-home buyers at Alondra are saying that the floor plans we are offering are perfect for entertaining their guests in luxury. The dining rooms are connected to the kitchen which then flow into the living room. Whether a formal sit down dinner, or simply cocktails and finger foods, the floor plan is very conducive to social occasions," La Verne said. In addition, buyers appreciate the standard features. "Home buyers really like the wet bar with granite surrounds that is featured in the two-bedroom Blue Jay floor plan," sales agent Ernie Alegre said. Additional amenities include raised-panel cabinetry and entry door, ceiling fan, blinds and appliances. Three floor plans are available. The one-bedroom Songbird model features one bath, a kitchen nook, living room and patio. It measures 720 square feet, and is priced from the $90,000s. Two bedrooms and two baths are included in the Blue Jay, which measures 1,121 square feet and is priced from the high $130,000s. The largest design, the 1,253-square-foot Sparrow, has three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the low $150,000s. To visit the sales office, located at 2451 N. Rainbow Blvd., take U.S. Highway 95 to Lake Mead Boulevard, go east to Rainbow and then go north. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
