Toll Bros.' homes built for families



Toll Bros. has included family-friendly features in the designs of its homes at the North Canyon Estates neighborhood in the northwestern valley, according to a company spokesperson.

Three single-story homes range from 3,473 to 3,892 square feet.

The Whitney plan offers four bedrooms, three baths, a courtyard, rotunda, formal dining room, master retreat, porte-cochere, motor court and three-car garage. The home is priced from $661,975.

Rushmore offers four bedrooms, four baths, a foyer, den, great room, kitchen with a built-in desk and oven, butler's pantry and formal dining room. The home also features a porte-cochere, motor court and split three-car garage. It starts from $676,975.

The Shasta design features a courtyard, four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a foyer, optional second courtyard, formal living and dining rooms, a family room, and kitchen with a pantry and butler's pantry. A three-car garage is standard, while a porte-cochere and motor court are included with select elevations. The design is priced from $686,975.

The gated neighborhood, which includes a private park, is located at Durango Drive and Washburn Road. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The company, which has been building luxury homes for more than 35 years, operates more than 215 active subdivisions in 21 states.
