Pardee releases models at Seasons in Aliante
Model homes are available for sale at Pardee's gated Seasons neighborhood in the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas, sales executive Rob Tuvell said. Among the available models is the Plan Four, which won three top awards in its respective categories at the recent awards competition sponsored by the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association. Measuring 3,711 square feet, the two-story home has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a bonus room, loft, covered patio, master suite balcony and two-car garage with a workshop. It is priced at $649,555. "The design and décor of the Seasons models have been acclaimed by home buyers, as well as home building professionals," Tuvell said. "These fully loaded models are now available for sale. It is a rare opportunity for four lucky families." Each of the models features upgrades and landscaping. Plan One is a single-story courtyard home measuring 2,598 square feet. It has two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a den, studio and two-car garage, and is priced at $513,330. Measuring 2,717 square feet, Plan Two is a single-story design built around an island kitchen, Priced at $560,670, the home has three bedrooms, a den, three baths and a three-car garage. Featuring a rotunda entry, the two-story Plan Three model measures 3,101 square feet and has four bedrooms, three baths, a master suite balcony, den, bonus room and two-car garage plus a swing garage. It is priced at $556,250. "Like every other new Pardee home, our Seasons neighborhood offers only Energy Star homes designed to exceed national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent," Tuvell said. The 1,905-acre Aliante community is designed to include parks and schools. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit then go south. The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon. Pardee has built homes for nearly 30,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.
