Pulte to unveil Pavona models

Pulte Homes will unveil the models for Pavona, its fourth neighborhood within the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas, during grand opening festivities next Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The celebration will include refreshments and enter- tainment.

"Pavona's home designs are new to the Aliante area," Susan Allen, general sales manager for the builder, said.

Three two-story homes, each with a two-car garage, are available. They are priced from the low $300,000s.

The 1,629-square-foot plan has a covered porch, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a formal dining room.

Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room and computer alcove are featured in the 1,690-square-foot plan.

The 1,923-square-foot design has a covered porch, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and optional loft.

Prospective home buyers also are invited to get a "sneak peek" at Salerno, the builder's fifth neighborhood in the community. It will offer three single-story designs priced from the low $300,000s.

The 1,671-square-foot plan features three bedrooms, two baths, a great room, optional bay window in the master suite, and 9-foot ceilings. A two-car garage is standard.

Three bedrooms and two baths highlight the 1,729-square-foot design. It also has an optional courtyard, great room, dining room, and two-car garage.

The 1,900-square-foot plan will include three bedrooms, two baths, a family room, dining room, and 2 1/2-car garage.

All of the builder's homes exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements and use the Platinum Plus level of Environments for Living technology. They offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. Select communities offer 2X6 construction on exterior livable walls.

Community amenities include the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park that features a lake, an archaeo- logical-themed playground, water play area, and a volleyball stadium.

In addition, the public Aliante Golf Club features an 18-hole, par-72 course.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit and go south.

The sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
