Del Webb keeps buyers informed
Del Webb's customer relations staff answered questions about seasonal home maintenance and activities at its four valley communities during its recent Welcome Weekend. The festivities were held at the age-qualified communities of Sun City Anthem, Solera at Anthem, both in Henderson, and Sun City Aliante in North Las Vegas, as well as the all-ages gated Club Aliante in North Las Vegas. The builder's customer relations also includes an eight-step program that keeps buyers informed throughout and after the home-building process. The program features a preconstruction orientation; quality-assurance "Webb Walks" during construction; and visits at regular intervals up to 22 months after closing. Buyers also are invited to ongoing seminars led by staff, where they can learn about do-it-yourself projects. All of the builder's homes merit the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label. Energy-saving features include blown-in cellulose insulation and low-e windows, which help prevent ultraviolet rays from entering the home and provide a more consistent temperature. The builder offers a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. In addition, the homes have integrated wiring for high speed Internet, cable and satellite, as well as future fiber optic and digital upgrades. Sun City Anthem has 12 models available, ranging from 1,496 to 3,175 square feet and priced from the high $200,000s. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and then turn right on Alexandria Drive. Solera at Anthem has five designs ranging from 1,140 to 1,771 square feet and priced from the mid-$200,000s. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem Parkway, turn left and proceed to Somersworth Drive.
