Trident Homes offers incentives for home buyers

Trident Homes is offering a free washer and dryer to buyers of select homes that close escrow within 60 days at the company's Villa Sedona and Haven Point neighborhoods.

Villa Sedona is a gated single-family neighborhood in the southeastern valley, where five floor plans are available. Homes range from 1,176 to 1,876 square feet and offer as many as four bedrooms.

The neighborhood features a community swimming pool, front-yard landscaping and private rear yards.

Prices begin in the low $120,000s.

Haven Point is a single-family neighborhood in the southern valley.

Floor plans measure 1,306 to 2,344 square feet with as many five bedrooms and are priced from the high $120,000s.

Plan Five at Villa Sedona is one home that qualifies for the incentive, and measures 1,797 square feet with three bedrooms and three baths.

The home's secondary bedrooms can also serve as an optional loft, den, home office, exercise room or art studio. The model is priced from $138,950.

"Plan Five is the most versatile home we offer at Villa Sedona and it is already built with a long list of included features," Darlene Bourland, marketing director, said.

The builder also offers the incentive on Haven Point's Plan Two home, which measures 1,794 square feet and features three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

"Priced at $144,950, this home is also an exceptional value, offering plenty of space and impressive amenities that are included in the base price," Bourland said.

Homes at both neighborhoods feature many included features such as ceramic-tile entries, raised-panel interior doors, appliances, recessed lighting and interior laundry areas.

To reach the Villa Sedona neighborhood, take Interstate 215 to Warm Springs Road and go east to Eastern Avenue, then south to the entrance on the right.

To visit the Haven Point neighborhood, go south on Las Vegas Boulevard, past Pebble Road, and turn left on Richmar Avenue.

Sales offices at both neighborhoods are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
