Pulte hosts special event at The Greens

Visitors at Pulte Homes' The Greens at Stallion Mountain Country Club are being treated to free cooking and Feng Shui demonstrations today from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A local chef will share some secrets of Asian cuisine, while an expert in the ancient art of Feng Shui will show visitors how to create a harmonious and balanced environment in their homes. In addition, books about Feng Shui will be given away (while supplies last) and visitors can register to win a free consultation.

The demonstrations will be made at one-hour intervals.

Also during this special event, home buyers at The Greens can receive as much as $10,000 in incentives off the purchase of their new home when using Pulte Mortgage.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east past Boulder Highway then turn left into the community's gated entry. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

The Greens offers four single-story floor plans, ranging from 2,300 to 2,881 square feet. Prices start at $211,990, and some homes are ready for move-ins.

Interiors feature 10-foot ceilings, high-tech wiring, fireplaces and media niches.

Kitchens provide cabinets with concealed hinges and adjustable shelves; a built-in oven, cook top and microwave; dishwasher; double sink; and solid surface counter tops.

Also featured are front-yard landscaping, a covered patio, covered front porch and/or courtyard (per plan), and stucco eaves.

All homes carry the Engineered for Life Platinum Series-Guarantee, meaning the homes use 30 percent less energy for heating, cooling and water heating than do standard homes, according to the builder.

Pulte Homes is also developing The Links and The Fairways neighborhoods at Stallion Mountain.

The Links offers four single-story floor plans, ranging from 1,190 to 1,619 square feet with prices starting at $127,990. The neighborhood offers a low-maintenance lifestyle and includes front-yard landscaping, a private recreation center with a pool and exercise room, and a park with a gazebo and barbecues.

The Fairways' four single-story floor plans range from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet with prices starting at $158,990. The homes can be built with three or four bedrooms; den, dining and family room options.

The builder ranked No. 1 in a recent customer satisfaction survey conducted by J.D. Power and Associates.
