American West Promontory homes open in south valley's Coronado Ranch
Coronado Ranch, a planned community in the south valley, offers American West Promontory as its main neighborhood. "We knew there would be great demand for American West Promontory when we opened the doors to these beautiful homes, but the response from home buyers is amazing," Donna Lee Flood, sales agent, said. "Families are buying a dream home and getting a fantastic community." The homes measure 1,800 to 3,300 square feet and contain as many as six bedrooms. Prices start at $165,950. Interiors feature home offices, storage areas, ceramic-tile entries, vinyl-framed windows, raised-panel doors, appliances and plant shelves. Five single- and two-story floor plans are offered. The first measures 1,800 square feet, and contains a built-in media niche and a three-sided peninsula fireplace. With as much as 3,120 square feet, Plan Three features a grand foyer, an owner suite with a retreat, and a game room option. The fourth plan offers as many as 3,300 square feet, five bedrooms and three baths. Options include a downstairs den, a game room and a study. Plan Five measures 3,270 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and three baths. A curved staircase, an expanded owner suite, an island kitchen, a walk-in pantry and a see-through fireplace in the family room are featured. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and go south. Turn west at Silverado Ranch Boulevard and follow the signs. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
