Warmington offers incentives in Summerlin

Warmington Homes Nevada is offering incentives worth as much as $20,000 on the purchase of select homes sites at Altare at Eagle Rock, a neighborhood aligning the TPC at The Canyons golf course in Summerlin.

The incentives can be applied to upgrades, custom options, window treatments, and/or closing costs.

Many of the home sites offer views of the city, mountains and golf course.

Included with each new-home purchase is a built-in double-door refrigerator sized from 42- to 48-inches depending upon the floor plan. Also standard are granite kitchen counter tops, storage pantries, butler's pantries and six cabinet finish selections. For a limited time, a loft and a curved deck off the owner suite in Plan Three is also included.

A single-story home and a pair of two-story homes are available, measuring from 2,904 to 4,072 square feet. Prices start from $332,990. As many as seven bedrooms and five baths are available as are expanded bedrooms with baths, libraries, dens, lofts, extended family rooms, bonus rooms, owner-suite retreats, offices and exercise rooms.

Detached casitas with one bath and a walk-in closet are also available.

Interiors include ceramic-tile flooring, a dining nook, laundry room with sink and cabinets, single or double French doors, window seats, art niches and plant shelves. Vaulted, volume and coffered ceilings are also featured.

Exteriors offer rear- and side-yard block walls and finished three-car garages.

The gated community features two parks with benches and walking paths.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn left, proceed to Canyon Run Drive and turn left. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
