Exec: Belle Crest releasing larger lots

Recently released lots at Perma-Bilt Homes' Belle Crest are some of the largest in the neighborhood, according to Ruth Ochoa, vice president of sales and marketing for the builder.

"These are the largest home sites we've offered to date at Belle Crest, where our lots average 6,000 square feet in size, including several wide lots designed to provide homeowners with additional privacy." Ochoa said. "In addition, a select few premium lots at Belle Crest enjoy views of the Las Vegas skyline."

The neighborhood, one of three in the Shadow Hills community in northwest Las Vegas, features four floor plans, ranging from 1,362 to 2,363 square feet.

Prices start from the $140,000s.

The single-story Belle Ridge plan measures 1,362 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, a country kitchen and two-car garage.

Another single-story plan is the Belle Cliff, which measures 1,637 square feet and contains three bedrooms, a library, two baths, an island kitchen, separate living and dining rooms, and a two-car garage.

The Belle Crest plan measures 2,363 square feet with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, or five bedrooms and three baths. The home can also be built with a loft, retreat or bonus room and has a tandem three-car garage.

The Belle Monte measures 2,027 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a tandem three-car garage. The home can be built with an optional fifth bedroom and has a great-room design.

Residents of the neighborhood have access to the Shadow Hills Club, a 45,000-square-foot recreation facility that includes a swimming pool, lap pool, barbecue area, putting green, half basketball court, clubhouse, saunas and weight room.

More than 190 homes have been sold at the neighborhood.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue and go west.

The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
