Kew Gardens down to final few homes

Capital Pacific Homes is closing in on its final sales at Kew Gardens, where single-story models are all that remain in the 70-home neighborhood.

The homes range from 2,448 to 2,900 square feet with as many as four bedrooms.

Prices start from $310,000 to $338,000 during the closeout.

Plan One models measure 2,448 square feet with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

Plan Two measures 2,800 square feet with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, along with a two-car garage. The remaining home is situated at 1008 Sir James Bridge Way.

Three-car garages are available on select homes, all of which are fully landscaped and have covered patios. Some have additional features such as a built-in barbecue, fountain or upgraded flooring.

For a limited time on the final homes, the builder is buying down the interest rate to 6 7/8 percent on 30-year financing with 20 percent down. The financing is through a preferred lender.

Standard amenities include fireplaces with raised hearths, ceramic-tile entries and laundry rooms with cabinetry.

Kitchens feature maple-finished cabinetry, island workstations with cook tops, appliance packages that include built-in double ovens and four-burner gas cook tops, pantries, granite counter tops, recessed lighting, and nooks.

The European-style community includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, gate-guarded entry, tree-lined streets and a private park. Homes may also include a security system linked to the guard gate.

The neighborhood charges no S.I.D or L.I.D. fees.

To visit the homes, take Charleston Boulevard west, past Rainbow Boulevard, to the entrance of Queensridge and follow the signs.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
