HeatherRidge offers variety in design

Home buyers are in for a pleasant surprise when they visit HeatherRidge, a Wexford Homes neighborhood in North Las Vegas, sales director Barbara Barnett said.

Also available are cabinet upgrades; upgraded electrical and plumbing fixture packages; computer wiring systems; and alarm systems.

Single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,831 to 3,248 square feet with as many as six bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. Prices range from $149,800 to $193,990. Home sites measure a minimum of 6,000 square feet, and larger lots are available.

Interiors include vaulted ceilings, plant shelves, rounded corners, laundry rooms, and prewiring for cable and telephones. Owner suites offer dual-sink vanities, garden tubs and walk-in closets in some plans.

Exteriors provide front-yard landscaping with irrigation, block walls with gated returns, and concrete-tile roofing.

Each home comes with a 10-year warranty.
