Immediate occupancy available at Anthem Country Club
Anthem Country Club offers home buyers a quicker way to become a part of the Henderson country club community through its inventory home program. "We have customers who want to move into our community for all it offers, but don't have the time to wait for a house to be built -- they are ready to move in now. To fill that demand, we have built homes that home buyers can move into within 30 days," Robert Shiels, vice president of sales and marketing, said. "And you'll receive a savings that can add up to thousands of dollars, a tremendous benefit." The community has homes available for immediate move-in, ranging from 1,600 to 3,100 square feet. "If a prospective member is looking to move in right away, they will benefit from the incentives we offer on these homes like the savings and quality features selected by our designers," Shiels said. An inventory home includes front-yard landscaping and warranties. The country club is part of Del Webb Corp.'s 5,000-acre Anthem master plan and offers 20 floor plans in four series of homes. Homes are priced from the $190,000s to more than $800,000. Custom-home sites overlooking the golf course, city or mountains range from one-half acre to more than 1 1/2 acres. They are priced from about $200,000 to $1.2 million. Community amenities include a 7,300-yard, par-72 golf course; an athletic club and salon that provides hair, nail, massage and facial services; as well as a clubhouse with restaurants, a meeting room, sports bar, offices, golf shop and locker rooms. Equity and executive golf memberships are available. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
