Before long, the opportunity to live in a new Coventry Home in the Anthem master plan will be a thing of the past. On Saturday, the final phase of homes will be released at the Henderson neighborhood.

The neighborhood features four floor plans plus design options. Several of the home sites in the final phase overlook Harmony Park.

The single-story Oxford plan offers 2,034 square feet, three bedrooms, two baths, a home office, great room and owner suite. Priced from $197,990, options include replacing the split three-car garage with the addition of a fourth bedroom or third bath.

Priced from $216,990, the single-story Cambridge measures more than 2,400 square feet and offers four bedrooms, a courtyard bordering a nook, and several room variations.

The two-story Princeton model consists of 2,558 square feet, four bedrooms, a fifth-bedroom option, 3 1/2 baths, a home office, formal living and dining areas, and a great room adjacent to the kitchen. The home is priced from $216,990.

The two-story, 2,737-square-foot Harvard features flex space. Buyers may select a guest suite, fourth bath, owner retreat, wine cellar or hobby space. The plan is priced from $226,990.

Standard features include stone or brick masonry details, painted wood windowsills, a built-in oven and a microwave.

Construction of the last phase will begin at the end of this year, with anticipated June 2001 move-in dates. The neighborhood also offers homes with occupancy before the holidays.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
