Homeowners move up the road at Anthem

Jennifer Turiano has turned to Del Webb Corp. twice for her home-buying needs.

One of the first buyers at Coventry Homes' Provence neighborhood at Anthem in Henderson, Turiano found the perfect home for herself and her fiancˇ, Adam Dorritie, at the builder's nearby Weston neighborhood.

"We found that the overall package of the exceptional values we found at Coventry's Weston neighborhood, coupled with the entire Anthem experience couldn't be matched anywhere else in Las Vegas," Dorritie, a computer consultant, said.

Turiano's experience with the builder also impacted their decision.

"Not only do we both love the area, but our decision was also based on the fact that my first experience with Del Webb was really wonderful. Everyone from the sales staff to construction and customer service was extremely helpful, and I was very pleased with the responses I received from every department I worked with," Turiano said.

"... But based on our own previous knowledge of dealing with Del Webb, as well as seeing how great everything has been with our second purchase, Adam and I are both very pleased with our decision to buy another home at Coventry," she said.

"Del Webb is a builder who takes the time to keep the streets and construction areas clean and neat, and makes a concerted effort to keep noise to a minimum for the benefit of other homeowners. And we think that says a lot about how careful Del Webb is about every detail."

Sales agent Tony Pinneri has been on site to coordinate the purchase of their homes.

They selected several design options for their Oxford floor plan. With city views, they added a deck, patio cover and barbecue pit.

"There were a few changes we really wanted to make with the home specifically to suit our lifestyle, and Del Webb was not only responsive to our needs, they also didn't take advantage by adding a lot of costs," Dorritie said.

Standard features include brick and masonry detailing, wood window sills, and upgraded floor casing.

The neighborhood offers single- and two-story homes, ranging from 2,034 to more than 2,700 square feet. Prices start from $197,990.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway.

The models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
