Realty Executives Nevada ranked among Top 100 realty firms nationwide


n Realty Executives Nevada has been ranked 81st among the Top 100 real estate companies in the nation by Realtor magazine, a publication of the National Association of Realtors. Rankings are based on transactions completed in 1999, annual sales volume, and the number of salespeople and offices. The realty firm, which has four offices and 260 salespeople in the Las Vegas area, completed 4,349 transactions last year and posted $720.4 million in sales.

n Mike Dunn represented American Nevada Corp. in the 86-month lease of 10,150 square feet at Green Valley Corporate Center, 1401 N. Green Valley Parkway in Henderson, to Western Alliance for $1 million.

n Charles Van Geel represented American Nevada Corp. in the 10-year lease of 3,930 square feet at Parkway Medical Plaza, 100 N. Green Valley Parkway in Henderson, to the Children's Clinic for $890,000.

n Insight Realty Associates' Ray Tuntland represented Pama 4.77 in its purchase of 4.77 acres at the northeast corner of Escondido Street and Pama Lane from Embassy Investments for $1.2 million.

n Colliers International's Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented Weststate Land in its five-year lease of 3,200 square feet at 7180 Industrial Road, Suite 500, to RHI for $141,755. In another transaction, Scot Marker represented Deli Planet, dba Jason's Deli, in its 10-year lease of 5,000 square feet at the southeast corner of Maryland Parkway and Katie Avenue. Matt Bear represented InterCapital Development in its purchase of 28,000 square feet at the southeast corner of Lake Mead Boulevard and Torrey Pines Drive from B.A.S.K.D. for $469,000. Dan Doherty represented James A. Roberts in his sale of 8,564 square feet at 3110 Venture Drive from B&D Partners for $685,000. Pat Marsh represented Harsch Investment Properties in its five-year lease of 2,913 square feet at 3230 E. Charleston Blvd., Suite 108, to C.R.I. Electronics for $137,262.

n CB Richard Ellis' Perry Muscelli represented Joan Goodman Zimmerman in her five-year lease of 54,589 square feet at 5277 Cameron St. to BII, represented by Paul Hoyt, for $1.7 million. In another transaction, Randy Broadhead represented Cardiovascular Consultants of Nevada in its 10-year lease of 15,001 square feet at 2300 Corporate Circle from Green Valley Development for $2.4 million. Kevin Higgins and Hoyt represented Koll Valley View in its three-year lease of 6,414 square feet at 6265 S. Valley View Blvd., Unit G, to SPI Distribution for $140,000. Brad Peterson and Darren Lemmon represented IRP Legacy Convention Center Associates in their three-year lease of 6,786 square feet at 101 Convention Center Drive, Suite 35D, to XFL for $370,000.

n Clark and Sullivan Constructors has been awarded the contract for the construction of a 16,000-square-foot Walgreens drug store at 3025 S. Las Vegas Blvd. The cost of the project is an estimated $1.7 million. Construction is scheduled to start in November.

n Pro Commercial Real Estate's Gary Burgher represented both parties in Overhead Door Corp.'s four-year lease of 17,007 square feet at 5277 S. Cameron St. to Cotera Productions for $303,000.

n NAI Americana Commercial's Kathy Campbell and Janet Goldstein represented both parties in Warranty USA's 18-month lease of 13,733 square feet at 1841 Whitney Mesa Drive to WRS for $407,870. Campbell and Goldstein also represented both parties in Whitney Mesa Partnership's sale of 6.42 acres at the Whitney Mesa Business Park to Pioneer NW for $2.8 million. In another transaction, Jeff Saterlee represented Tri-ed Distribution in its five-year lease of 4,500 square feet at 5240 S. Decatur Blvd. from The Tiberti Co., represented by the Tiberti Management Co., for $275,460. Chuck Haldeman represented American Chiropractic in its five-year lease of 2,500 square feet at 88 W. Sahara Ave. from Pine Development, represented by Jan Bernard Realty, for $270,765. Don Chism and Shirley Rappaport represented Kang in its sale of 2.5 acres at the corner of Pollock Drive and Pyle Avenue to JKJS, represented by Larry Katz, for $550,000.

n Colliers International's Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented Lewex in its sale of 45,394 square feet at 240 Spectrum Blvd. to Nelson L. Strickland for $2.5 million. Scott Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented GKT Acquisitions in its purchase of 10 acres at the northeast corner of Diablo Avenue and Dapple Gray Road from Kirkwood Estates for $2 million. Dan Doherty and Xavier Wasiak represented Lomas Regency in its 27-month lease of 10,400 square feet at 4955 Steptoe St., Suites 200 and 300, to Trade Show Specialists, represented by Spencer Pinter, for $98,835.
