Rhodes Homes recently released 19 homes at its The Villas subdivision in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

The homes are priced from $354,990 to $384,990.
Models can be viewed at the builder's Tantara neighborhood a few blocks away on Sunset Road.
Three two-story floor plans are available, each with a two-car garage. Square footage corresponds to the plan name.
Plan 1910, 2033 and 2412 provide three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The largest also provides a loft.
Standard amenities include low-e windows, 9-foot ceilings, and kitchen island workstations.
Three exterior designs are available with each home.
Common areas are planned to include a swimming pool, spa and parks.
To visit models, take Interstate 15 to the Las Vegas Beltway and exit at Russell Road. At Russell, get back on the Beltway going the opposite direction and exit at Sunset Road, then head west to Tantara. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
