The couple chose the Winter plan, a 1,485-square-foot design priced from the $300,000s.
"The size of the Winter was just right for us, and will allow room for our family to grow," Cooley said of the three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath layout.
"I really enjoy the openness of this home," Jessica Cooley said. "Brian and I love to entertain, and now we have a home that will provide a great setting for that. Our designer at the home gallery was full of advice and great ideas. She truly understood our style and our budget."

The Fall design measures from 1,645 to 1,933 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, a combined living and dining area, and family room. A bonus room upstairs is optional. The home is priced from the $310,000s.
To visit, take Intersate 215 to Sunset Road then go west to Superior Steam Street. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays and Fridays, when it opens at noon.
