Red Rock appeals to range of buyers

Red Rock Country Club in Summerlin appeals to a range of home buyers, including families with children to retirees, according to sales executive Kevin Stall.

"Red Rock offers a wide variety of homes and a plethora of amenities," Stall said. "With stunning scenery, a premier location and a country club lifestyle ..., Red Rock truly offers something for everyone. That's why our community has such a diverse mix of residents."

The one- and two-story designs range from 2,100 to 5,300 square feet and come with as many as six bedrooms and garages large enough for four cars.

Four series of homes are offered: The Acacia, Mesquite, Ocotillo and Palo Verde collections, each providing different architectural styles, including Spanish Colonial, Italianate and desert contemporary.

Design options are available, such as casitas, courtyards with fireplaces, wet bars, and retreats with media niches and fireplaces in owner bedrooms. The design staff can guide homeowners through the selection of options and upgrades. The country club's Sunsation Program can assist buyers with building a custom home.

Prices start from the $350,000s to more than $2 million.

Country club amenities include a 44,000-square-foot clubhouse, which features a golf pro shop, banquet facilities, a boardroom, and two dining rooms offering formal and casual dining.

The 8,000-square-foot sports club overlooking the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area provides fitness equipment, saunas, steam rooms, an aerobics studio, locker rooms and a supervised children's play center.

The aquatic center features a family pool, spa, adults-only pool, lap pool, splash-and-spray mini-park and outdoor grill. The tennis facility features nine lighted, hard-surface courts, including a stadium court.

The community is also home to two Arnold Palmer-designed, 18-hole championship courses and a golf practice facility with a double-ended driving range, a putting green and chipping areas.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue west to Town Center Drive and follow the signs, or take Interstate 215 to Sahara and turn left. Sales office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Siena, an age-qualified village in Summerlin, is also being developed by Sunrise Colony Co.
