Day Spring provides incentives, entertainment

Nevada Homes Group Inc. is offering special financing and entertainment today at its Day Spring development in the southwestern valley.

The builder is offering qualified buyers who reserve a new townhome with a $2,000 deposit and a 15-year, 5.75 percent fixed-rate mortgage.

A live radio broadcast, prizes and free pumpkins for youngsters are also featured.

The gated development offers townhomes that measure from 1,104 to 1,629 square feet. Prices start from the $140,000s.

The homes include 9-foot walls, vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, and separate showers and tubs with ceramic-tile surrounds.

They also feature wrought-iron stairways, 8-foot entry doors, garage door openers, hardwood cabinets, granite kitchen counter tops, textured walls, and stucco exteriors.

The Spanish-style complex also offers cobblestone courtyards, a fountain, lagoon, gas lamplights, and landscaping.

To visit, take Flamingo Road to Durango Drive, head south to Peace Way, and drive west. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Sunday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
