Iron Mountain Ranch holds info seminar

KB Home will host seminars and provide information for prospective home buyers Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its Iron Mountain Ranch neighborhood in the northwestern valley.

Kaufman & Broad Mortgage Co. will provide information on financing at the pre-grand opening event. Visitors may also receive free credit reports and advice on budget, design, credit counseling and buying a new home.

The neighborhood, which will include about 1,300 one- and two-story homes at buildout, features 17 floor plans. Home designs range from 1,245 to 3,633 square feet. Prices start in the $120,000s.

Refreshments and entertainment will be on hand, including a clown providing balloon animals and facepainting.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road and head east to Jones Boulevard, then go north three miles and follow the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
