Holiday season move-ins available at Sunset Ridge
Sunset Ridge, a new single-story home neighborhood by Pulte Homes, offers a location within Summerlin. With homes priced from the high $100,000s, Sunset Ridge is being developed in The Ridgebrook village. "One of the most talked about amenities at Sunset Ridge is the neighborhood park within walking distance from the community," sales agent Lisa Majia said. "In fact, several Sunset Ridge home sites go directly back to the park. So it will be convenient for our home buyers to enjoy relaxing strolls through the park as the sun sets on the valley." The floor plans were previously featured at the builder's Autumn Ridge neighborhood, and range from 1,418 to 1,881 square feet. Each has a courtyard. All homes also feature the Energy Star label and the Environments for Living Platinum Series technology. Some homes can be ready for move-in before the end of the year, according to sales agent Lindsay Hall. "With all the rich amenities, features and the great location, Sunset Ridge offers a tremendous value," Hall said. "There is still time to take advantage of opening prices and the opportunity to be in a new home for the holidays." With an elevation of more than 3,200 feet, the neighborhood provides views of the city and mountains. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive, head north to Desert Inn Road, then go west over the interstate and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon. Pulte Homes is currently developing 12 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada.
