Monument at Lone Mountain reports strong interest
Hundreds of home buyers have visited Monument at Lone Mountain since it unveiled eight models a few weeks ago in the northwestern valley, according to builder Stanpark Homes. "We are so excited about the response to this community. With the value we offer ... and interest rates at an all-time-low, home buyers are finding that now is the best time than ever to buy a house," Michael Cox, director of sales and marketing, said. "Once home buyers visit and tour our models, they realize the combination that we offer of a great location, 5-acre park, gated entrance and quality-built homes is unmatched in the valley." The community offers mountain and city views and single- and two-story homes within the Summit and Crescendo neighborhoods. The Summit's floor plans range from 1,379 to 2,461 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and a three-car garage. Prices start from the $140,000s. Homes at Crescendo measure from 1,949 to 3,634 square feet and are priced from the $170,000s. They offer as many as seven bedrooms and a four-car garage. Inventory homes are available, offering buyers an opportunity to move in within 30 days and special incentives. Qualified buyers may participate in special financing programs, including a no-cost program to help current homeowners sell their home if moving into a new Stanpark home and 1 percent off closing costs with an approved lender. The homes include energy-saving features and a 10-year homeowner protection plan. Planned community amenities include walking trails, barbecues, benches and a gazebo located within a park, which is scheduled for completion before year's end. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, head west to the end of the road then go north. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Stanpark is also developing Tempo in North Las Vegas. The gated neighborhood features four Southwestern-style floor plans that measure from 1,246 to 2,165 square feet. The single- and two-story homes are priced from the low $100,000s. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Cheyenne Avenue, go west to Revere Street and follow the signs. Homes are also available at Teton at La Entrada in Henderson, where four single- and two-story floor plans range from 1,802 to 3,115 square feet with standard three-car garages. Prices start from the $170,000s. To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Gibson Road and go south.
