Pardee's Fiesta

Plan Three will be one of the homes featured on eight home sites to be released on Saturday at Fiesta, a Pardee Homes neighborhood in North Las Vegas. Four single-story designs are available, ranging from 1,414 to 2,315 square feet with as many as four bedrooms. Prices start from the $130,000s. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, head west to Allen Lane and turn left. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
