Pardee's Cielo designed for families

Pardee Homes' Cielo neighborhood offers home buyers several family oriented features in its Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas, according to sales manager Rob Tuvell.

The neighborhood offers views of the mountains to the north, Lee Antonello Elementary School, the adjacent 9-acre Eldorado Park and the 23-acre Seastrand Park.

"Seastrand Park is the heart of Eldorado with such activities as soccer, basketball, baseball and tennis. There are also playgrounds and picnic areas." Tuvell said.

The neighborhood offers one- and two-story floor plans with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a four-car garage. They measure from 2,407 to 3,006 square feet and are priced from $179,450 to $203,450.

Standard features include volume ceilings, ceramic-tile or parquet flooring at the entry, and cultured-marble counter tops in secondary baths.

The kitchens offer ceramic-tile counter tops; an appliance package in choice of colors; a pantry; an island sink in Plan Two and preparation island in Plan Three; and choice of oak, maple or white vinyl cabinetry.

Each owner suite offers a walk-in closet, dual sinks, a separate toilet, cultured-marble counter tops with ceramic-tile wainscoting, and a separate shower and tub.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the entrance of Eldorado. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
