Pardee Homes announces incentives at Renaissance

Pardee Homes is offering below-market interest rates on select lots in its Renaissance neighborhood within the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

"With today's already low interest rates, Pardee is prepared to often an even better deal to buyers of selected lots in this spectacular location," sales executive Ray Landry said.

The gated neighborhood offers terraced home sites and is priced from $274,450 to $369,950.

Single-story floor plans measure range from 2,700 to 2,800 square feet and include the choice of four bedrooms; two bedrooms with a den or optional suite; or three bedrooms with a den. Three two-story plans are available, measuring from 3,700 to 4,600 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, including one plan with a first-floor owner suite.

Kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops; oak or white matte cabinetry; pantries; appliance packages with a five-burner cook top, built-in microwave/oven combination, and dishwasher; and the option for commercially appointed appliances.

Select homes also include a rotunda and courtyard entry, butler's pantry, wraparound balcony, high ceilings and arched doorways.

Buyers may select upgrades and options at the builder's design center. Available options include bedroom suites, bay windows, French doors at the courtyard, a bar off the family room in Plan Four, wrought-iron balustrades, lofts, dens, game rooms and bonus rooms.

"Pardee is continuing its tradition of building energy-efficient homes with Renaissance," Landry said. "Pardee is including features that meet the very highest standards of energy efficiency to merit the coveted Energy Star seal and the ComfortWise designation."

According to the builder, the efficient features offer a decrease in ultraviolet light through special glass windows; savings in utilities; and quieter homes due to vinyl-framed windows.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
