Villa Villagio opens at Seven Hills
The recent grand opening of the Villa Villagio neighborhood in Seven Hills was a success for Astoria Homes, according to Sia Howe, director of marketing. Of the 13 homes released in the first phase, 11 were sold that weekend. "Initial interest in Villa Villagio was very strong, but the official opening of our models has taken us right over the top," Howe said. "Buyers, visitors and local real estate professionals are expressing great enthusiasm for the level of luxury Villa Villagio offers at such a competitive price." Prices start from the mid-$200,000s. The gated neighborhood of 119 homes is situated near Sonata Park. There are four one- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,584 to 3,932 square feet. Homes offer three-car garages, as many as five bedrooms and such options as bonus rooms, lofts, retreats and balconies. Select home sites offer views of the park, mountains or city. The Tuscan-inspired homes are Energy Star-labeled, meaning they will save on utility costs compared to standard homes. Other design details include double-door entries, vestibules, media niches, vanities in select baths and gas fireplaces. Plans for the 1,300-acre Seven Hills community, a development of Silver Canyon Partnership in Henderson, include more than 3,000 homes, including about 300 custom homes; 25 neighborhoods; city and neighborhood parks; landscaped areas; and miles of trails and walkways. About 45 floor plans are available, priced from the $140,000s to about $350,000. Custom-home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Other active neighborhoods are: Renaissance and Crescendo by Pardee Homes; Naples by Kimball Hill Homes; Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home; Meridiana by Trident Homes; and Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes. Custom lots are available at Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. To visit the sales pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. The pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
