Homes ready for move-in at Anthem Country Club
Inventory homes are ready for move-in at Anthem Country Club, allowing buyers to take possession of a new home within a month, according to sales agents. One such home is a Sonata model located in the Bel Meadow neighborhood. The home faces west, and open areas and mountainous terrain. The neighborhood is within walking distance of amenities such as the community's athletic club, tennis courts and clubhouse. The Sonata floor plan has a single-story layout measuring 2,725 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a den and formal living areas. The design also comes with a seperate one-bedroom, one-bath casita. In the kitchen, designers have chosen maple cabinets, an upgraded appliance package and granite counter tops. Other upgrades include the carpet and tile, ceramic tile throughout the baths, the interior paint and home theater prewiring. Purchase of a home includes membership in the country club, where members have access to casual and fine dining. They may also use the athletic club and salon, a structure with workout equipment, a full-service salon and spa, tennis courts, a pool, sand volleyball court, child care, aerobics classes and personal trainers. The country club's championship golf course, a 7,300-yard, par-72 facility, offers as many as five tee boxes. Equity and executive golf memberships are available. There are four series of floor plans: Impressionist, Baroque, Romantic and Renaissance. Combined they offer 20 floor plans priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Custom lots are priced from $175,000 to $650,000. All custom neighborhoods are gated. Anthem Country Club is part of the Anthem master-planned community developed by Del Webb. To visit, take Interstate 215 east to Eastern Avenue and proceed south, about three miles past St. Rose Parkway. The sales center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
