Five homes remain for sale at Palisades
Christopher Homes' Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin is in its final phase of sales with only five of 131 homes remaining. Sales agent Michelle Gallagher said two homes are ready for move-in and three golf-course home sites are available. Priced from the high $600,000s, the guard-gated neighborhood is being built along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course in The Canyons village. Home buyers can choose from five one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 3,758 to more than 6,200 square feet. Remaining home sites average about one-quarter acre and offer views of the golf course, city and mountains. Gallagher said that during the final phase buyers have the opportunity to select a home that is ready for immediate move-in or choose a residential design prior to start of construction and then customize the home.
