Red Rock floor plan touted as flexible
The Hawthorne 1206 plan at Red Rock Country Club in Summerlin is ideal for families, according to Kevin Stall, vice president of sales. "The Hawthorne 1206 is a well-designed 4,081-square-foot, two-story home that features amazing flexibility to suit the needs of almost any home buyer," Stall said. Features include a courtyard entry, four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a living room with a fireplace, formal dining room, great room, study, second-floor laundry room, island kitchen with a breakfast nook and pantry, and three-car garage. Located in the foothills of the Spring Mountains in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Red Rock Country Club is a 738-acre guard-gated community. Upon completion, it will consist of 1,116 homes, many of them along the greens of the community's two golf courses. Priced from the $350,000s to more than $2 million, the one- and two-story designs with as many as six bedrooms and four-car garages range from 2,300 to 5,300 square feet. To visit, take Sahara Avenue west past Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 to Sahara and head west. The sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
