Day Dawn Village earns Energy Star seal

A new dawn in home living has begun at Nevada Homes Group's newest development, Day Dawn Village in the northwestern valley.

Priced from the $140,000s, the homes range from 1,309 to 2,309 square feet and have garnered the Energy Star seal for efficiency.

They include such features as cellulose insulation and low-E windows. The builder offers an optional roof-mounted, solar-power wind turbine which helps dissipate hot air from the attic.
