First release of townhomes at Cottonwood on Alexander sold
Home buyers have rushed to Chartered Homes' new Cottonwood on Alexander development, where its first phase of townhomes have sold out in less than 45 days, according to sales agent Kathi Karcher. "I can't believe how fast our first phase of homes sold," Karcher said. "Home buyers in this area have been waiting for some exciting floor plans at affordable pricing and Cottonwood is giving them what they want. This community is so popular that it will probably sell faster than the phenomenal success we had at Cottonwood at Sunrise Mountain. Buyers can choose from three floor plans at the North Las Vegas development. The 1,283-square-foot Aspen features two bedrooms, two baths and an attached single-car garage. It is priced in the low $120,000s. Priced from the mid-$120,000s is the 1,418-square-foot Birch, a two-bedroom home with a den, 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garage. The largest plan, the 1,429-square-foot Cedar, offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garage. It is priced in the high $120,000s. Shared amenities at the gated complex include a pool and spa. To visit the neighborhood, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go east to Pecos Road, travel south to Alexander Road, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
