Custom-home site variety prominent at Seven Hills

The Seven Hills community offers custom-home sites with a variety of characteristics and prices.

Most of the available sites are situated in neighborhoods that align a golf course and offer views of the Las Vegas Valley.

Located in guard-gated neighborhoods, home sites as large as an acre are available. Lots are priced from $225,000 to more than $1 million. Buyers also have the opportunity to purchase multiple home sites.

More than 200 sites have been sold and more than 120 homes have been completed, are under construction or in architectural review.

Neighborhood amenities include landscaped open areas, a private view park, and a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, the community also features four city parks offering basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. It is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
