Pardee's Renaissance nears closeout
Only 10 homes remain at Pardee Homes' gated Renaissance neighborhood in the Seven Hills community in Henderson. According to sales agent Cheri Henderson, five homes are available and the builder expects to release the final five sites on Nov. 9. "We are now developing a priority list for these last five home sites, which are among the finest in the entire Renaissance neighborhood. They all offer either golf course or valley views, and a complete selection of floor plans are available." Henderson said. The homes are priced from the mid-$360,000s. Single-story designs measure from 2,700 to 2,800 square feet, with three bedrooms and a den, or optional suite or fourth bedroom. Three two-story designs range from 3,700 to 4,600 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms, including one plan with a downstairs master suite. Optional features include bedroom suites, bay windows, courtyard entries with French doors, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, dens, game rooms and bonus rooms. One model offers an optional wet bar off the family room while another offers an optional wraparound balcony. The homes feature the ComfortWise designation and have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star seal, certifying they exceed federal standards for energy efficiency by at least 30 percent. Energy-efficient features include spectrally selective windows that block out heat-producing infrared and ultraviolet light, specially designed heating and cooling equipment, and tightly sealed air ducts. A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills is located in the foothills of Black Mountain. The 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including about 300 custom homes. Home buyers can choose from floor plans priced from the low $200,000s. Custom-home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Other active neighborhoods are: Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes, and Meridiana by Trident Homes. Custom-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. About one-third of the community's acreage is dedicated to open space. Amenities include tree-lined trails with rest areas and water fountains; picnic areas; as well as parks with basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyballs quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds. To visit the sales center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. It is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
