-- CB Richard Ellis' Brad Peterson represented Cheyenne Office Park in the five-year lease of 2,647 square feet at 9960 W. Cheyenne Ave. to Sedgewick Claims Management Services for $275,000. In another transaction, Darren Lemmon represented Sona Laser Centers in the 10-year lease of 4,873 square feet at 4730 S. Fort Apache Road from Fort Apache Office Partners for $1.46 million. Jayne Cayton represented Comprehensive Therapy Centers in the five-year lease of 3,600 square feet at 3711 E. Sunset Road to Huna Sunset for $337,000. Peterson also represented Bayview Financial Trading Group in its five-year lease of 2,954 square feet at 600 Whitney Ranch Drive to Equus Las Vegas Association for $264,000. Peterson also represented Mark A. Schnippel Family Trust in the five-year lease of 15,661 square feet at 4489 E. Sahara Ave. from Bechtel SAIC Co. for $1.14 million. In another transaction, Bill Dunbar represented Mattress Pro of Nevada in its 10-year lease of 3,000 square feet at 8950 W. Charleston Blvd. to G-Boca Park for $1.25 million.
