Wyeth Ranch begins presales

Pulte Homes announced the start of presales at its ranch-style Wyeth Ranch neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas.

The gated neighborhood will feature all new single-story floor plans featuring three to five bedrooms, courtyards, and three- or four-car garages. They range from 2,616 to 3,816 square feet, and are priced from $339,990.

The first homes are expected to be ready for move-in by November.

"Wyeth Ranch offers a unique lineup of designs that have never been seen in a Pulte community in the past 10 years in the Las Vegas Valley," sales manager Jeff Galindo said. "The community combines a northwest ranch-style environment with a series of uniquely livable and sophisticated single-story homes."

Plans for the neighborhood include a 2-acre park, recreation center with basketball courts, and a gazebo.

In addition, the homes include kitchens with upgraded cabinets and counter tops, upgraded tile and carpet throughout, structured wiring for high-speed Internet access, and prewiring for theater-style surround sound.

All of the homes will also come with the Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living building technology, which makes homes more energy efficient than homes built to standard building codes. The construction includes 2X6 framing, which allows additional insulation in the walls.

"Buying a Pulte home is more than simply owning a good house, it's about owning a home that will perform in the long run and Platinum Performance Plus homes are the most energy-efficient homes Pulte builds," Galindo said.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Centennial Parkway East exit and turn right. Proceed to Tenaya Way, go north to Elkhorn Road and follow the signs.

The sales office is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Pulte Homes, the nation's largest home builder, has 10 active subdivisions in Southern Nevada. Silverstone Ranch is expected to open soon, and presales are scheduled to begin in November for Serenata and Villeto in the new Aliante master plan in North Las Vegas.
