Aliante proves popular
Sun City Aliante, Del Webb's age-qualified community in the master-planned Aliante in North Las Vegas, has experienced strong sales since it recently released details about available homes. "We are extremely excited to offer this product to home buyers," sales manager Lorraine Roberts said. "Model homes are expected to open in early 2003, but we encourage visitors to come to the sales office for full information about Sun City Aliante and take advantage of presale pricing. "With over 100 sales in the first 12 days alone, this community has proven that it is unique and desirable. We've released additional home sites to accommodate the overwhelming demand," she said. Buyers can choose from three collections. "These ... collections represent the elegant yet casual style that buyers have come to expect from Del Webb," Roberts said. The Wildflower Collection has three home plans priced from the low $140,000s to the mid-$160,000s. The Heather model comes with two bedrooms, two baths, a great room and standard covered patio. It measures 1,155 square feet. Sage is a 1,239-square-foot design with three bedrooms, two baths, and living and dining rooms. The Primrose features three bedrooms, two baths, a great room with dining area and an optional den in lieu of the third bedroom. It measures 1,424 square feet. When complete, Aliante will feature about 7,500 homes with an anticipated population of 20,000. The community, managed by North Valley Enterprises, an affiliate of American Nevada Corp. and Del Webb, is located at the far northwest end of North Las Vegas. A temporary sales office is set up at 7891 Tropical Parkway, Suite 120, in the Centennial Marketplace at U.S. Highway 95 and Centennial Parkway.
