Renaissance nears closeout

Pardee Homes has released its next-to-last phase of home sites at Renaissance, a neighborhood located at the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

"And there is only one more release of five homes sites before this spectacular neighborhood is sold out," said Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales.

Five floor plans are available.

The single-story designs offer a choice of two bedrooms with a den or optional suite, as many as four bedrooms, or three bedrooms with a den in 2,726 to 2,938 square feet. Three two-story plans measure from 3,756 to 4,620 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths.

Homes are priced from $350,750 to $393,250, and each is Energy Star-certified.

"Pardee has included features that meet or exceed the very highest standards of energy efficiency to merit the coveted Energy Star label from the Environmental Protection Agency," Landry said. "Renaissance homes are certified to be 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes."

Amenities include a decrease in ultraviolet light through special glass windows that are designed to reduce fabric fade, a savings in utilities, and quieter homes due to vinyl-framed windows.

Features include rotunda and courtyard entries, butler's pantry, wraparound balcony in one plan, sculptured fireplaces, high ceilings and arched doorways.

Kitchen features include granite counter tops, oak cabinetry, pantry, five-burner cook top, built-in microwave/oven combination, vent hood and dishwasher. Options include expanded room for commercial-grade appliances such as a 48-inch range and 48-inch refrigerator.

Optional designs include bedroom suites, bay windows, French doors at courtyard entries, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms, a bar off the family room in Plan Four, and a wraparound balcony in another model.

Seven Hills is a 1,300-acre community in the foothills of Black Mountain. It provides city and neighborhood parks, as well as miles of trails and walkways.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Grand Hills Drive, turn right and follow the signs. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
