Turnberry Tower Three

Construction is on track for the third tower at the Turnberry Place condominium development. When complete, the tower will rise 40 stories. Plans for the guard-gated property include four towers and a central social and recreational club. Ten floor plans are available, ranging from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet. Residences are priced from $500,000 to more than $5.25 million. Visitors to the sales office can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates the view from the 27th floors of the first two towers. The office is located at 2777 Paradise Road, and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
