Several homes are available for immediate occupancy at Pulte Homes' Silverstone Ranch golf course community in the northwestern valley.

The homes are part of the community's Princeville Collection, one of five series offered. The collection feature single- and two-story designs measuring from 2,768 to 3,448 square feet and priced from $423,990 to $484,990.

Available homes include a 3000 design priced at $542,045. Situated along the golf course, the home has four bedrooms and three baths.

A 3448 design is priced at $683,903. The two-story home measures 3,718 square feet and has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a bonus room.

Also available is a two-story 3380 plan measuring 3,791 square feet. Priced at $607,287, before any flooring upgrades, the home has five bedrooms including a first-floor master suite, 4 1/2 baths, exercise retreat, casita and courtyard.

Among the homes offered in the community are 1,583- to 1,890-square-foot designs from the Merion Collection, which are priced from $221,990 to $240,990.

The Oakmont Collection offers single-story floor plans ranging from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet and priced from $248,990 to $268,990.

Single- and two-story designs measuring from 1,881 to 2,665 square feet and priced from $278,990 to $335,990 are featured in the Cypress Collection.

The Augusta Collection offers single-story floor plans ranging from 1,913 to 2,616 square feet and priced from $309,990 to $354,990.

The community's sixth collection is scheduled to debut early next year and will feature townhomes complemented by a social center and swimming pool.

Neighborhood amenities will include parks, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds and arbors.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, turn left and follow the signs. The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
