Centex Homes debuts Creekside II

Centex Homes dba Real Homes has announced the grand opening of Creekside II in North Las Vegas.

The neighborhood, patterned after the builder's Creekside neighborhood, offers single- and two-story floor plans priced from the low $170,000s. Measuring from 1,491 to 2,449 square feet, the homes have three or four bedrooms, and two to three baths.

Features include great rooms, master suites with walk-in closets, and kitchens with dining nooks and pantries.

In addition, they have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label for being at least 30 percent more energy efficient than federal standards require.

"The original Creekside neighborhood became home to 383 Las Vegas families in a very short time, which we found truly inspirational," Scott Worrall, vice president of sales and marketing, said. "With new-home prices and interest rates going up, now is a great time for buyers to consider ... a Creekside II home. And the selection will never be better than right now during our grand opening."

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to Commerce Street and turn north. Turn right on Centennial Parkway and then right on Bruce Street.

The builder also is offering Chaparral Trails, Mountain Sky and Sedona Falls in Las Vegas; and Shadow Crossings, Pearl Cove II, Santa Rosa and Stratford in North Las Vegas. Prices range from the $150,000s to the mid-$200,000s.

For a limited time, free appliances and discounted closing costs are being offered to those who use the builder's preferred lender.
